As a Senior Sales Manager in the Nordics, you will be part of our rapidly growing team in the region.
With a 'remote-first' approach, you will work from home most of the time, but meet regularly with your colleagues in our office in central Stockholm.
Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with technical and account management teams, and contributing to strategic market positioning in the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with major e-commerce brands;
- Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
- Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Nordic region;
- Demonstrated experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with a consultative selling approach;
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
- We prioritize flexible working arrangements in a hybrid setup where you can decide for yourself if you want to work from home or join us in our downtown Stockholm office near T-Centralen;
