We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive business growth in the Nordics region. As a key member of our Land Sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 new Enterprise Account Executives and achieving annual sales targets.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent.
  2. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy.
  3. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships.
  5. Support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
