We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to lead our Emerging Enterprise team in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team, developing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing business.
- Establish territory plans, individual quotas, and patches for your team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage revenue and customer success processes.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Passionate about hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Familiarity with methodology-based sales coaching, value-based sales, and partner ecosystem knowledge.
- Business travel required outside Sweden; fluent Swedish preferred, but not required.
