Senior Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Stockholm and drive growth through enterprise client development.

This role focuses on building and expanding our client base in Sweden, with secondary markets in Norway and Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and be confident in leveraging it to drive sales. We're looking for a high-energy individual who enjoys nurturing relationships and excelling at building long-term client partnerships.

You will work closely with our sales team, founder, and CEO to identify, manage, and grow relationships with new potential clients in the enterprise segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling our core offerings: tech team extensions, complete software projects, and team upskilling workshops.
  • Actively participating in networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Driving organization of our own networking receptions to strengthen client relationships and generate new business.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in selling IT consultancy services, a strong personal network, and a willingness to leverage it for sales success. They will also possess a highly extroverted personality with an affinity for networking and events.
