We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and supporting the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

The Key Qualifications:
  1. Strong leadership skills.
  2. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, and any one of the Nordic languages.
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
