Made for Sales har fått uppdraget att rekrytera en Senior Account Manager till Samhall, inom region Storstockholm där även Uppsala och Västerås ingår. I denna roll får du möjligheten att kombinera affärsmässighet med samhällsnytta genom att bidra till Samhalls vision om att skapa hållbara affärer och utvecklande arbeten för sina medarbetare.

I rollen som Senior Account Manager ingår du i ett dedikerat, erfaret säljteam och rapporterar direkt till Försäljningschef för Stockholmsorganisationen. Rollen innebär ett strategiskt försäljningsansvar med fokus på att utveckla nationella kundrelationer och säkerställa större affärer som skapar heltidsuppdrag för Samhalls medarbetare. Du arbetar med komplexa upphandlingsprocesser, identifierar affärsmöjligheter och driver framförallt större, långsiktiga affärer. Du analyserar omfattande underlag, genomför kalkyler och samarbetar med olika interna avdelningar för att säkerställa bästa möjliga affärslösningar.

  • Planera, boka och genomföra säljbesök och löpande uppdatera i CRM-systemet
  • Utveckla kundrelationer och affärsmöjligheter genom regelbundna kundbesök och genom detta bidra med ny-, mer- och korsförsäljning
  • Upprätta kundbearbetningsplaner för långsiktiga kundrelationer
  • Följa upp och analysera kundernas feedback för att kunna erbjuda tjänster som möter kundens behov
  • Samarbeta med kollegor inom försäljning och drift för att skapa hållbara affärer och utvecklande arbeten till våra medarbetare
  • Delta och bidra till gemensamma marknadsaktiviteter
  • Vid behov delta i nationella kundteam, utvecklingsprojekt och anbudsprojekt
  • Aktivt bidra till att förverkliga tillväxtplaner, bra affärsmix och ökad affärsvolym

Vi söker dig med mångårig erfarenhet av komplex tjänsteförsäljning med goda resultat, gärna mot stora företag och koncerner, och du har även med dig erfarenhet av att arbeta med komplexa upphandlingar och avtal. Du trivs i en roll där du kombinerar självständigt arbete med samarbete i team. I säljprocessen är du skicklig på att uthålligt prospektera mot uppsatta försäljningsmål och du bygger med lätthet upp goda relationer både internt och med dina kunder. Du drivs av att göra affärer.
