About the Role

This strategic leadership position is focused on guiding a team of experienced sales professionals in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, while also mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS industry, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  2. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
  3. Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, including negotiation planning and strategy execution
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and partners
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
About You

We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can bring a passion for delivering results through others, a high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS industry, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth.

They should also have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs, with the ability to effectively position our solutions and drive revenue growth.
