We are seeking a highly motivated Nordic Sales Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team in Stockholm.

This is a temporary contract covering a parental leave, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on our Nordic region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategy for improving sales, revenues, and market share in the Nordics, coordinating new product launches, and proposing acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations.

You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to drive growth and revenue.

Your mission is to take our products and offerings into the sales organization, managing stakeholders and working closely with peers in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

You will report to the Head of Sales Strategy & Enablement, joining a team of engaged, knowledgeable, and dedicated peers who value continuous improvement and innovation.

About the Position

  1. You will be the natural go-to person for the sales organization, collecting input, informing, training, and keeping them up to date on products and offerings.
  2. Create and maintain commercial presentations, training material, and documentation supporting the Sales organization.
  3. Attend partner and marketing events to support sales.
  4. Coordinate cross Nordic launches.
  5. Engage with colleagues across Europe for knowledge sharing and best practices.
