Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in the consultancy business. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business.

Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consultancy business.
- Proven sales record, with a focus on software and team-delivery.
- Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent articulation of the value proposition of Devoteam Creative Tech.
- Natural networking skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
