LumenRadio AB is seeking a skilled Distribution Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Nordic region. As the primary point of contact for major distributors, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities and developing strategies to grow our business together.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience managing channel sales and developing sales strategies. You will work closely with distributors to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to enhance business growth.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Nordic electronics distributors.
  • Analyze distributor sales performance and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with distributors to create and execute marketing plans that showcase the value of our products.
  • Gather feedback from distributors on our products and incorporate this input into future product development.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to distributors, their staff, and customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Represent LumenRadio AB at trade shows and other industry events, fostering relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Provide education and training to distributors on our products' sales and technical aspects, empowering them to effectively promote and support our offerings.
Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing channel sales and developing sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Prior experience working with large Nordic electronic distributors or within the building automation- and/or light control industries is desirable but not essential.
