Nordic Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Lead to join our commercial leadership team and drive the growth of our service business offerings in the Nordic region. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding Services revenue targets by developing our sales strategy, leading a dedicated team, and fostering strong customer relationships within the rotating equipment sector.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of rotating equipment services, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with Area Sales Engineers and Product Line Specialists to develop effective sales activities and market-specific strategies, driving growth and profitability both individually and as part of a team.
