We are a dynamic and enthusiastic team looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Nordics regional Sales team in executing sales activities.

This role involves working closely with sales teams to translate customer needs into value-engineered solutions, validating technical specifications with stakeholders, and estimating costs for offered scopes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing Customer Requirements: Reviewing customer data, requests for quotations, and other relevant information to understand their requirements.
  • Drafting Customized Solutions: Creating customized intralogistics solutions using various tools, including AutoCAD, to maximize customer value for Movu Robotics products.
  • Presentation and Validation: Assessing and presenting different concepts to sales and customers to ensure the best possible solution is provided.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimating the full scope of the offered project's costs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating the validation of technical designs and costs with all relevant stakeholders and experts to obtain formal approval.
  • Documentation: Documenting system designs in written offers, including functional descriptions, as input to sales.
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales teams in customer interactions and commercial activities.
  • Tender Management: Managing storage and version management of tender documents and preparing project kick-off and hand-over to project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in a technical field, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in an intralogistic environment is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, with any additional languages being a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
