Job Responsibilities

As a sales director, you will establish direct communication with prospective clients to understand their objectives and explain how Benchmark International can support their goals.

Key duties include:

  • Generating sales leads through client engagement.
  • Negotiating contract terms to meet client needs.
  • Collecting fees upon successful negotiation.
  • Providing comprehensive business engagement packages for each signed contract.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong M&A experience, a driven attitude, and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Specific requirements for this position include:

  • Professional sales experience in B2B environments.
  • Commercial awareness gained from M&A experience or entrepreneurial endeavors.
  • The ability to influence client buying decisions through effective presentation and communication skills.
