Job Title: Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager position at Saab is designed to spearhead business development initiatives and ensure commercial success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to bid teams, fostering strong relationships with customers and engaging in negotiation
  2. Oversee commercial aspects of bid strategy and business setup
  3. Develop and present comprehensive commercial packages for bids and contracts
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers
  5. Provide support in pricing calculations, encompassing margin analysis and financial requirements
  6. Work collaboratively with internal and external experts to address commercial bid aspects

As a valued member of the bid core team, you will work closely with Product Sales Responsible(s) (PSR) to integrate your commercial expertise and refine our proposals.

To excel in this role, you should hold a university degree in finance, law, engineering, or equivalent experience. Moreover, you should possess hands-on experience in conducting business between companies or public sectors, negotiations, price calculations, or contract terms and conditions.

You should also demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, a results-driven approach, tenacity, and a passion to win.

Strong English language proficiency and cultural awareness are crucial for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and partners.
