Job Description
Talentor International GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Trading Professional to join our Steel Trade Division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and trading.
- Strong understanding of the steel industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
