Global Sales Director - Professional Lighting

You will play a key role in driving the growth and global expansion of our Professional Lighting segment, which encompasses Entertainment Lighting and Architectural Lighting.

Bolstering our strong market position in Entertainment Lighting, you will further strengthen and expand our presence while spearheading our strategic focus on Architectural Lighting, positioning us for sustainable growth.

You will develop and implement global sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of both the Entertainment and Architectural Lighting markets.

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of both the Entertainment and Architectural Lighting markets.
  • Grow our presence in the market and discover new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure our sales efforts align with broader business objectives.

Strategic thinking and leadership abilities will be essential in identifying emerging trends and seizing new opportunities.

About You
  • A proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within Professional Lighting or a related B2B industry.
  • A history of managing and developing high-performing global sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in Entertainment and/or Architectural Lighting markets, with an understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities and long-term goals.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis to inform decisions and optimize performance.

This role offers flexibility in location and includes frequent travel. Our headquarters are based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
