Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and fostering strong business relationships within the region.
In this role, you will oversee and guide our sales team to achieve ambitious targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions will be essential in driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic direction and guidance to the sales team
- Setting and communicating clear performance expectations and goals
- Monitoring sales performance and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a client-oriented retail environment
- Experience in premium automotive brands and retail (preferred)
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing strong business relationships
- Strong understanding of sales principles, data analysis, and performance optimization
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
