About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Performance Director to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and fostering strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to Polestar Spaces, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead training and coaching initiatives to enhance sales skills and product knowledge within Polestar Spaces.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-oriented retail environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing strong business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, data analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
