About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Performance Manager at Airpelago, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our proprietary software solution, Power. This involves analyzing user data to identify areas for optimization and proposing improvements to enhance the system.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Evolving the SaaS offering to align with market demands and company needs
  • Designing and implementing processes and tools to enhance the SaaS business

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A technical education (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience working with SaaS services
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or customer support
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

We also value strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
