Senior Sales Director Job Description

Pursue a challenging career opportunity as a Senior Sales Director at Saab AB, driving sales growth and leading our expanding Marketing & Sales team.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex contract negotiations with international clients, collaborating closely with business units within the company. Your role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and managing bid teams to secure Mega Deal contracts.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional business acumen and leadership skills, with experience in international sales, marketing, and business development. A technical or business degree from a university and/or experience in the aircraft industry, particularly the defence industry, is highly desirable.

The successful candidate should demonstrate outstanding relationship-building abilities, analytical skills, and excellent presenting, communication, and leadership skills. They should also be able to engage and motivate team members, drive sales efforts forward, and handle long-term marketing and sales initiatives.

This position requires interacting with international customers, English language skills in a business environment, both spoken and written, and proficiency in Swedish. The ability to combine strategic thinking with operational actions is essential for success in this role.
