About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Leader to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in consultancy & service sales.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Win new logos for Nordcloud Sweden in Enterprise and Corporate business segments.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales targets in consultancy & service sales from target clients in scope.
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies in the allocated territory.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with C-level and senior executives at current and potential clients.
- Implement Solution-Based Approach: Manage complex customer needs through the sales process.
- Maximize Value Proposition: Ensure that current and new clients implement strategies that maximize Nordcloud's value proposition.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with partners at Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Market Feedback and Insights: Provide timely and insightful market feedback to other functional teams.
- Thought Leadership: Present Nordcloud at events and in the media by attending trade shows and special events.
Your Key Skills:
- 7+ years of sales experience within IT Consulting / Technology.
- Proven track record in leading, winning, and developing new logos in IT Consultancy and Service business.
- Strong stakeholder network in the industry with clients as well as partner ecosystem.
- Solution Selling: Ability to develop customized value propositions for clients and prospects.
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Experience driving sales within enterprise and mid-sized corporations.
- Challenger Sales Methodology: Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives.
- RFx Processes: Experience with enterprise RFx processes.
- Drive, Passion, Team Spirit: Strong drive, passion, and team spirit.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
- Customer-First Attitude: Customer-first attitude and experience serving large-scale customers.
- Languages: Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
