Commercial Key Account Leader

TN Sweden is seeking a skilled Commercial Key Account Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and profitability of key accounts in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This includes commercializing the business with key stakeholders and implementing European segment strategy at key partners.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales and/or marketing background, preferably experience working with distributors. They should also be an expert negotiator who can find best solutions for involved parties.

This role requires planning, agreeing, and following through on annual action plans with key partners, building and leading accounts with sales managers to achieve budget targets, and leading strategic development of key accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets with sales managers.

The leader will also identify new opportunities, manage projects, and implement sales pipeline. Strong digital mindset and capabilities, including Office 365 applications, are essential. Excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English are also required.

Work from home and travel up to 50 days per year are possible in this role.
