Key Account Business Developer

We are TN Sweden, a leading company in the industry.
As our new Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow sales and profitability of key accounts in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This includes increasing sales and managing profitability by commercializing the business with key stakeholders.
The role requires at least 5 years of sales and/or marketing background, preferably experience working with distributors. You should also be an expert negotiator who can find best solutions for involved parties.
In this position, you will implement European segment strategy at key partners, plan, agree, and follow through on annual action plans with key partners, build and lead accounts with sales managers to achieve budget targets, and lead strategic development of key accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets with sales managers.
You will also identify new opportunities, manage projects, and implement sales pipeline. Additionally, you should have strong digital mindset and capabilities, including Office 365 applications, and excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English.
