Overview
Talentor International GmbH offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our Steel Trade Division. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales of secondary/non-prime steel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and industry connections.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Travel regularly to meet customers and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and account development.
- Strong understanding of the secondary/non-prime steel industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
