Overview

Talentor International GmbH offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our Steel Trade Division. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales of secondary/non-prime steel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and industry connections.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  5. Travel regularly to meet customers and explore new market opportunities.

Requirements & Experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account development.
  • Strong understanding of the secondary/non-prime steel industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
