Job Description
As a Sr. Account Manager at TN Sweden, you will drive profitable revenue growth by building strong relationships with key customers in the automotive industry.
With a deep understanding of Volvo and Geley's business and market trends, you will provide innovative solutions to address their needs.
- Develop and implement winning strategies and account plans that drive outstanding account growth.
- Grow influence and respect within Volvo, Geley, and Emerson T&M through coordinated strategy execution.
- Identify, develop, and maintain senior-level relationships within Volvo and Geley.
- Develop leadership skills through executive alignment and coaching relationships on both sides.
- Build strategies with Transportation Business Unit and Emerson T&M Partners to enhance serviceable account opportunities.
- Drive personal and account team growth by accurately identifying and applying strengths.
- Celebrate success with indirect reports and credit team efforts.
