This role involves driving business growth and meeting annual orders targets for Emerson's Industrial Software Portfolio in assigned accounts. You will establish trusted advisor relationships with C-Level Business, Digital & IT executive sponsors on assigned accounts and lead the development and execution of designated account plans.
Main Responsibilities:- Driving Business Growth: Drive business growth and meet annual orders targets for Emerson's Industrial Software Portfolio in assigned accounts.
- Establishing Key Relationships: Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-Level Business, Digital & IT executive sponsors on assigned accounts.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends and developments to understand the assigned account's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape.
- Leading Account Development: Lead the development and execution of designated account plans and customer mapping to drive business growth.
- Communicating Effectively: Communicate customer needs and sales strategy to internal management and the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering subject areas, or Business-related field;
- Minimum years experience in software platform sales or business development and selling enterprise software to IT decision-makers;
- Proven track record of success in engaging C-level contacts for solution selling, establishing peer relationships, and closing deals;
- Exceptional analytical, technical, presentation, leadership, consensus-building, and communication skills;
