IT Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Growth Specialist to join our team at Eficode. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing clients in the Growth segment and actively pursuing new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships in the Growth segment, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
- Pursue and land qualified leads, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with our specialist teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and exceptional customer service.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry or IT consulting services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
