Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Growth Specialist to join our team at Eficode. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing clients in the Growth segment and actively pursuing new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage existing client relationships in the Growth segment, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
  2. Pursue and land qualified leads, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Work closely with our specialist teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry or IT consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
