Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the customer base
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of education in a technical field
  • Experience working with SaaS services and solutions
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success or customer support
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales or business development
  • Experience working in smaller companies or startups
  • Proficiency in German or other languages
