Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Learning Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Driving the learning agenda to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Developing job training programs that enhance business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Advising on how business needs are translated into end-to-end learning solutions.
  • Coordinating workforce planning processes to ensure the development of a culture of continuous learning and growth.

As a member of the HR team, you will work closely with management and other stakeholders to identify and address skill gaps, develop talent, and implement learning strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs.
