Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager to join our team at TN Sweden.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow sales and profitability of key accounts in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This includes increasing sales and managing profitability by commercializing the business with key stakeholders.
The role requires at least 5 years of sales and/or marketing background, preferably experience working with distributors. The candidate should also be an expert negotiator who can find best solutions for involved parties.
This position involves implementing European segment strategy at key partners, planning, agreeing, and following through on annual action plans with key partners, building and leading accounts with sales managers to achieve budget targets, and leading strategic development of key accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets with sales managers.
The manager will also identify new opportunities, manage projects, and implement sales pipeline. A strong digital mindset and capabilities, including Office 365 applications, are necessary. Excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English are also required.
This role allows for work from home and travel up to 50 days per year.
