Brice Group seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead Nucala sales efforts in the challenging respiratory market.
Your Role:- Foster strong relationships with customers to drive sales through customized solutions and evidence-based selling.
- Establish Brice Group as a trusted partner for targeted allergology and ENT centers, ensuring Nucala's position as the preferred biologic.
- Leverage omni-channel selling platforms tailored to customer preferences.
- Stay abreast of national and regional market trends, sales performance, and solicit feedback to enhance selling skills.
- Maintain awareness of business environment shifts in relevant regions and districts.
- Plan and execute regional and national peer-to-peer events with key customers.
- Participate actively in cross-functional team initiatives.
- Collaborate with in-house marketing on pipeline launch strategies when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Medical, or Commercial).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Respiratory expertise advantageous).
- Able to comprehend, analyze, and present complex scientific and medical data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in strategic account management and project management.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision to achieve account plan objectives.
