Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Respiratory

The Brice Group is searching for a skilled sales expert to lead Nucala sales initiatives in the respiratory market.
Your Key Areas of Focus:- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive sales through tailored solutions and science-driven selling.
- Establish the Brice Group as a trusted partner for targeted allergology and ENT centers, ensuring Nucala's leadership in the market.
- Apply omni-channel selling platforms tailored to customer preferences.
- Monitor national and regional market dynamics, sales performance, and solicit feedback to enhance selling skills.
- Stay informed about business environment changes in relevant regions and districts.
- Plan and execute regional and national peer-to-peer events with key customers.
- Contribute actively to cross-functional team activities.
- Collaborate with in-house marketing on pipeline launch strategies when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Medical, or Commercial).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Respiratory experience beneficial).
- Able to comprehend, analyze, and present complex scientific and medical data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic account management and project management.
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple work areas under minimal supervision to meet account plan objectives.
