Regional Sales Development Manager

At Tony's Chocolonely, we are committed to ending exploitation in the cocoa industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in increasing our visibility and sales performance in the West Götaland region.

Your main goal is to build strong relationships with store managers, negotiate shelf placement and in-store presence, and generate volume through active influence on order amounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage shelf placement and in-store presence with decision makers to maximize visibility.

  • Develop your area by setting and achieving yearly targets on the Field scorecard.

  • Participate in Sales Blitzes to help other areas or make high-impact visits to certain cities and stores.

  • Increase visibility with POS materials and displays, identifying opportunities to secure additional space.

  • Share knowledge and insights gained from activities with the team to improve business performance.

Requirements
  • You are an incredibly customer-focused Field Sales Representative in the FMCG or food & beverages industry with a track record of building strong customer relationships.

  • Action-oriented and accountable, taking on new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.

  • You enjoy using negotiation skills, persuading decision makers to place orders and securing maximum visibility.

  • Fluent Swedish language skills are required, along with a basic level of English.

  • A car driver's license is necessary, and you should be living in or close to Gothenburg.
