Induction to the Position

This position requires a seasoned professional to lead our industrial scaffolding business in the Nordic region.

Main Tasks:
  • Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans, and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Manage Material Supply Chains: Plan and execute the delivery of scaffolding systems and equipment to meet customer needs.
  • Improve Financial Performance: Analyze financial data, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve budgeted performance.
  • Lead Team Members: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the operating team.
Prerequisites:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the scaffolding industry.
  • A successful track record of regional expansion and management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
