Job Overview

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team in Sweden.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management, with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide input on product development and innovation to meet customer needs.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Your Background:
  • A degree in sales, marketing, finance or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
