Nordic Regional Sales and Service Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Nordic region team, responsible for executing sales activities and providing value-engineered solutions to customers.

This role involves working closely with sales teams to analyze customer needs, validate technical specifications, and estimate costs for offered scopes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing Customer Data: Reviewing customer data, requests for quotations, and other relevant information to understand their requirements.
  • Drafting Solutions: Creating customized intralogistics solutions using various tools, including AutoCAD, to maximize customer value for Movu Robotics products.
  • Presentation and Validation: Assessing and presenting different concepts to sales and customers to ensure the best possible solution is provided.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimating the full scope of the offered project's costs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating the validation of technical designs and costs with all relevant stakeholders and experts to obtain formal approval.
  • Documentation: Documenting system designs in written offers, including functional descriptions, as input to sales.
  • Sales Support: Assisting sales teams in customer interactions and commercial activities.
  • Tender Management: Managing storage and version management of tender documents and preparing project kick-off and hand-over to project execution.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in a technical field, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in an intralogistic environment is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, with any additional languages being a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
