The Opportunity
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Polestar journey and contribute to effectively managing the sales funnel while providing unparalleled customer experience.
The Role
As an Inside Sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include direct contact with Polestar leads and prospects to support digital sales, as well as assisting with the delivery of the Polestar experience through in- & outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and work at the local sales funnel performance; achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets
- Foster Salesforce development together with central teams to maximize the outcome
- Support the internal team to convert sales opportunities and drive lead cycle management
- Support Polestar partners who sell cars nationwide
- Ensure continuous Sales support, administration, and reporting
- Support in optimizing sales approach
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sales, Lead management, and/or Customer Service/customer-facing roles
- Experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is considered a plus
- Interest in data analysis, market sales analysis, and lead management
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written skills, since these languages are used in daily work
- Interest in automotive is a must, and experience from automotive sales is considered meritorious
- Driving license (B) is required
