Job Description
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, addressing questions, and directing customers to the relevant support expert.
- Processing orders efficiently and providing product/technical assistance.
- Handling payments and resolving customer queries regarding statements and account balances.
- Participating in call campaigns to generate sales.
- Supporting inventory management in the warehouse.
- Accurately recording all communication and activities in our CRM system.
