About the Job

This temporary position is part of the Sales team at Polestar's headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main Tasks:
  • Contribute to the success of Polestar by offering B2C and B2B customers the best possible sales experience.
  • Aid in effectively and proactively managing our sales funnel while offering unparalleled customer experience.
The Role

You will be based in Gothenburg and report to the Customer Engagement Center Manager of Polestar Sweden.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act in direct sales operations with the main responsibility to directly contact Polestar leads and prospects.
  2. Support digital sales, assist with delivery of the Polestar experience to Retail and Fleet customers.
  3. Drive actions to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
The Ideal Candidate

We believe you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Sales, Lead management, and/or Customer Service/customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Interest in data analysis, market sales analysis, and lead management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written skills.
  • Interest in automotive is a must.
