We're seeking a skilled Large Enterprise Account Executive to manage key accounts generating significant revenue. The ideal candidate will establish, nurture, and expand valuable relationships with customers, research new business opportunities, and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
  2. Develop sales opportunities, identify decision makers, and build champions at CMO, COO, and CTO level.
  3. Listen, identify, and understand clients' needs to deliver value and exceed expectations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influencing them.
  4. Enhance knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  5. Seek feedback continuously to be the best version possible, from leaders, peers, and clients.
Requirements:
  1. You're one of the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division, with a record of accomplishment as one of the best. You pursue your passions with energy and commitment.
  2. You're incredibly smart, demonstrating great EQ, and able to keep up with our fast-moving industry.
  3. You have 6+ years of successful Enterprise software sales experience, having experienced full-range obstacles in creating complex & enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  4. You've built relationships – Sprinklr is a best-in-class solution that genuinely cares about making people feel valued. You share the same values and can use them to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  5. You love the Customer Experience revolution and understand how Sprinklr can impact global organizations.
