Territory Sales Manager
The Job's Mission:We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.
Your Key Responsibilities:Familiarize yourself with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager – to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
Strong sales acumen with experience in promoting complex products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Knowledge of anatomy and orthopedics is an advantage.
Valid driver's license required due to frequent customer visits.
