Animal Health Business Development Specialist

The Animal Health Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase diagnostic revenue and equipment sales in assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase diagnostic revenue and equipment sales.
- Collaborate with regional sales professionals to drive capital equipment and technology deals.
- Educate veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives.
- Present the company's values and offerings to customers in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through attending trade shows and educational events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience successfully managing own sales territory for at least three years.
- Territory management sales experience in veterinary/animal health industry, human healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, or capital equipment sales.
- Team-oriented, collaborative sales environment.
- Field sales role requirements, including extensive car travel, potential overnight stays, and flexibility for weekend work if needed.
- Comfortable working in veterinary clinics and hospital environments.
