About the Role

As a Business Analyst & Project Lead at NA-KD, you will play a key role in optimizing commercial processes and bridging the gap between operations and IT.

You will lead business development projects, working closely with stakeholders across departments to align strategies, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

Your strong analytical skills will be essential in interpreting market trends, conducting A/B tests, and providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

  1. System Development: Manage, support, and develop reports/dashboards in our BI systems and analytical tools. Have a lead position in defining commercial requirements for system development projects.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in commercial processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights. Create, schedule, and automate reports using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Python.
  4. Customer Insights: Analyze customer data such as conversion rates, frequency, CLV, CAC, and churn to gain insights and provide actions.
  5. Pricing Strategy: Perform pricing analysis and provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  6. Project Leadership: Lead various development projects and work closely with marketing, sales, B2B, and purchasing. Participate in meetings and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
