Business Development Manager for Engineering Polymers

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Sweden.
As a specialist in engineering polymers, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the Swedish market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth in the Swedish market.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the region.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, offering tailored solutions using engineering polymers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering polymers or related industries (plastics, chemicals, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of engineering polymers and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English. Swedish language skills is a must.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
