  • Territory Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence within assigned territories, focusing on school districts in the US.">
  • Sales Pipeline Creation: Identify and prospect key decision-makers, creating a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.">
  • Sales Performance Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring achievement of ambitious sales targets.">
  • Team Contribution: Share insights and success stories to enhance team effectiveness and contribute to the overall growth of the company.">
  • Event Representation: Represent Strawbees at trade shows, conferences, and events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.">

  • Proven Sales Success: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the edtech industry, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets.">
  • Education Market Expertise: Understanding of the education market, particularly in the US, including familiarity with school district purchasing processes.">
  • Strong Communication Skills: Translating customer needs into compelling business value, inspiring and educating stakeholders.">
  • Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Thriving in environments where you take ownership of your time and priorities.">
  • Collaborative and Adaptable: Willing to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.">
  • English Fluency: Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for engaging with international markets.">
