The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion in the Norden countries' Energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow Victaulic's presence in the Norden countries' Energy markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Energy actors, including owners, consultants, EPCs, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use Victaulic's products and system.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

About You

  • University/College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Results-driven and adaptable, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Fluent English communication; additional languages an asset.
