Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Surgical Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining market shares and coaching a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve market access and marketing challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders in the ophthalmic society.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and negotiate with ophthalmologists, nurses, hospital buyers, and heads of Operating Rooms to increase the use of our surgical products.
  • Co-travel with the sales team to develop their business acumen through proactive coaching in the field.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management in sales or customer-facing roles in Med Tech.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, relationship management, excellent communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and work in cross-functional and matrix environments.
  • Proficiency in English + any Nordic language (Swedish preferred).
