Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our orthopedic products to surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments in the upper part of Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products.
  2. Conduct training sessions for surgical & theatre staff on the use of our products.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  4. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to expand knowledge and find potential new customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in sales, medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist, or related field.
  • Arthroplasty product knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
