Job Summary:
The Technical Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction within the data center segment. This position requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and technical product knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase adoption of Hilti solutions among data center customers.Maintain relationships with key data center accounts, including owners, EPCs, general contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.Create and execute account standardization plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.BUILD and manage a pipeline of data center projects to identify and capitalize on largest business opportunities for Hilti.PARTICIPATE in project capture teams to drive aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet.CONTRIBUTE market intelligence inputs to inform and update segment strategies.Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company, serving as owner of assigned accounts.Requirements:
Previous experience working on data center projects, with an MSc/BSc degree in commercial, mechanical or civil engineering.Excellent communication skills and creation of trust through active listening, influencing with leadership and not authority.Long-term strategic thinking with ability to explain and transmit targets & strategy to customers, peers, and management.Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders around the strategy while understanding external stakeholders' pain points and trends to adjust it if need be.Self-driven and autonomous, creating own planning and tasks to reach targets.Skill of identifying, understanding, and delivery of sharp high-level system selling value proposition and ready to go into details.Senior relationship management: capable and confident when speaking to senior and C-level customers.-
