Job Description:

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-class orthopedic products to surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments in the upper part of Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
  2. Implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with key stakeholders.
  3. Advise and train surgical & theatre staff on the use of our products during workshops.
  4. Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure timely delivery dates.
  5. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Gain sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in sales, medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist, or related field.
  • Ideal candidate has Arthroplasty product knowledge.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
  • Able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
