Regional Sales Manager

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-class orthopedic products to surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments in the upper part of Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Advise and train surgical & theatre staff on the use of our products during workshops.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure timely delivery dates.
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge.
Requirements:
- Gain sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in sales, medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist, or related field.
- Ideal candidate has Arthroplasty product knowledge.
- Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
- Able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
